Support for Reasonably-Scaled Development

The Pelham Preservation Society has supported reasonably-scaled development in Pelham, such as the 2002 plan for the construction of "Marbury Corners" in the Village of Pelham (completed in 2005).  This 55-unit condominium building and adjacent townhouses, conformed to the existing zoning code height limiit of 45-feet and has an overall design and such wonderful architectural detail that it enhances, rather than detracts from, the surrounding neighborhood.
