Sponsor Hanging Flower Baskets
Pelham Preservation & Garden Society commissions and funds the planting of the Hanging Flower Baskets in the downtown of Pelham. Funding for this effort typically comes from proceeds of our annual fundraiser, which was cancelled due to the pandemic. We are asking Pelhamites to sponsor hanging flower baskets to help keep our effort going in 2021.
PPGS began with just 30 baskets just four years ago and now we have 75 blooming baskets this year. In coordination with our volunteers, the Village of Pelham Department of Public Works hangs and waters the flowers during the summer season along with help from nearby businesses who keep a watchful eye. Preservation starts with community.
Any donation amount is gratefully accepted and is fully tax deductible.
$50 sponsors a half basket and $100 sponsors whole basket
